This guided breathwork session combines conscious breathing and visualization to release stress, trauma, and anxiety, promoting overall well-being. Breathwork offers deep relaxation, emotional release, and increased oxygen intake through rhythmic breathing. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, releases tension, and promotes emotional well-being.
