Talk Therapy Burnout?

If you've had extensive traditional therapy and feel stuck, breathwork could offer a new path. While I advocate for talk therapy, some feelings defy words. We all carry generational traumas and childhood wounds we can't articulate. Breathwork unlocks these buried emotions and memories stored in the body, bypassing conscious awareness. From the third trimester of gestation, we begin absorbing our mother's world - her state of mind, family dynamics, and cultural influences. Until age 7, our subconscious is programming the lens through which we perceive the world for life. Our daily behaviors are predominantly subconscious-driven. To change our perspectives, we need to reach our subconscious and introduce new beliefs. Breathwork allows us to access the subconscious directly, bypassing the conscious mind. That's why I use tailored guided visualizations in each session.
