Welcome to Blissed Out Heart

A space to listen, release and return to yourself.

Healing Begins When Your Heart Feels Safe Enough to Open.

I don’t believe we’re broken.

I believe our bodies are asking us to listen.

Our symptoms, emotions and dreams aren't working against us. They're messages, gently guiding us back toward ourselves.

For many of us, life teaches us to survive by staying guarded.

Our bodies carry stress.

Our minds race.

Our hearts quietly close—not because they're broken, but because they've been trying to protect us.

Healing isn't something we can force.

It begins when we feel safe enough to stop fighting ourselves.

When the nervous system softens.

When the body feels safe enough to let go.

When the heart feels safe enough to open.

And when the heart opens, something remarkable happens. Old beliefs become easier to release. Emotions that have been waiting for years can finally move. The wisdom your body has been trying to share becomes easier to hear.

That is the space I hope to create for every person who walks through my door.

Not a place where you need to become someone new.

A place where your body can exhale.

A place where your heart can open.

A place to come home to yourself.

Your body is not failing you.

It’s communicating.

I’m Angie Castor. I work with people whose bodies have finally said no—often after years of pushing through stress, grief, responsibility or survival mode. Many come to me confused and frustrated, unsure why their body feels overwhelmed, shut down or out of balance when nothing “should” be wrong.

Together, we slow down and begin listening to what’s been held. Not to fix you—but to understand what your body has been carrying and what it’s ready to release.

Here, healing isn’t about fixing yourself. It's about coming home to yourself, back to your heart and the truth of who you are.

We follow what's most supportive in the moment, allowing your system to lead—because healing begins when your body and heart finally feel safe enough to soften.

This is body-led healing

My work is grounded, gentle and paced with care. Rather than forcing change or overriding symptoms, I help create space for clarity, regulation and steadiness to emerge naturally.

This work is about slowing down, listening and responding with care instead of effort or force.

Every healing journey is unique.

No two people carry the same story.

No two bodies ask for healing in the same way.

That's why every session is personalized.

Sometimes healing begins with your dreams.

Sometimes your body speaks through your feet.

Sometimes the subconscious is ready to release an old belief.

Sometimes the breath opens the door.

We simply listen for where healing wants to begin.

“If I could give 100 stars, I would. Angie’s breathwork coaching has been nothing short of transformative.” – Erin, UT

I didn't come to this from a textbook—I got here after years of trying to outrun my pain. Breath by breath and dream by dream, I learned to listen and come back to myself. Today, I guide others using FootZonology®, Breathwork, ThetaHealing® and Dream Interpretation because each offers a different way of listening to the wisdom within you. This path is personal. It takes courage. If you're unsure where to begin, trust that your body already knows the way.

Your body isn’t your enemy —

it’s your messenger.
