DREAM INTERPRETATION

Dream Interpretation

Dreams speak in a private language—symbols, colors, numbers, and feeling tones. Learning to interpret them is like learning a new tongue. Most meanings you’ll find online are generic (often flat-out wrong). Fun to browse? Sure. But if you’re serious about what your dreams are telling you, a Google search isn’t the place to look. If you truly want the message, schedule a session with me.

Dream Interpretation — 30 minutes

Your dreams aren’t random—they’re intel. Book a focused 30-minute session where I decode one recent dream to reveal what it’s saying about your health, your spiritual gifts, and the next layer of healing to work on.
Before we meet: email a titled, detailed write-up (ideally from the last week) at least 24 hours in advance. Include the full sequence, dialogue, feelings, colors and numbers, key symbols, and everyone who appears (who they are, your relationship, how you feel about them), plus any current life context—health issues, stressors, changes, or losses.
During the session I translate the symbols, connect patterns to body systems and life themes, and give you clear, no-fluff steps you can act on now. Sessions available online and in Salt Lake City.

Why work with me

I’ve been fascinated by dreams my entire life. For as long as I can remember, mine have been vivid—often indistinguishable from waking life. I’ve read countless books on dream interpretation, lucid dreaming, and out-of-body experiences, and I’ve taken many courses. I keep a long-running dream journal and actively seek—and heed—guidance from my dreams.

Through my dreams I’ve comforted my inner child, worked through belief patterns, and received specific health guidance (including which foods were driving inflammation). My dreams point to my healing gifts and how to develop them. They surface life themes born from past trauma that still ask for care. I receive visitations from loved ones who’ve passed and feel my spirit team cheering me on. In short: dreams are magic—useful, grounded magic—and they’re here to help. Your dreams carry the same intelligence; you just need to learn the language.

How to work with your dreams

  • Capture fast. Keep a notebook or voice memo by the bed. Title the dream and record sequence, feelings, colors, and numbers the moment you wake.

  • Feelings first. Name the core emotion before you analyze—emotion unlocks the symbols.

  • Incubate. Set a clear intention at bedtime (e.g., I will remember my dreams; Show me the next step for my healing). Consistency trains recall.

  • Improve recall. Lie still on waking and replay the dream before moving. Jot a few anchors (a word, image) immediately. Rested bodies remember better.

  • Track patterns. Review weekly for recurring places, people, or themes—dreams repeat until you act. Start with what symbols mean to you before peeking at any list.
