What do you offer?
Breathwork, ThetaHealing®, FootZoning™, and Dream Interpretation. Sessions are available online; some services are also offered in Salt Lake City.

How do I choose the right session?
Start with the loudest need. If you’re unsure, book a free consultation and we’ll decide together where to begin.

How many sessions will I need?
Healing is a process, not a miracle coupon. Many people feel a shift in the first session; lasting change usually takes a handful—spaced biweekly or monthly.

Is this medical care or therapy?
No. I don’t diagnose, treat, or replace licensed care. Think: complementary support that helps you listen to your body and move what’s stuck. Work with your providers as needed.

Do you work with trauma?
Yes—gently and at your pace. We do not re-traumatize to heal. You stay in choice the entire time.

What if I’m skeptical?
Beautiful. Bring your curiosity and your discernment. We’ll stay practical: notice what you feel, what shifts, and what actions follow.

Do you work with teens or kids?
Case-by-case with parental consent. Message me before booking.

What’s your cancellation policy?
24-hour notice to reschedule; late cancellations/no-shows are charged in full. Your time is reserved; so is mine. I do not offer refunds.

Breathwork

What is it?
Guided, intentional breathing that regulates your nervous system and helps your body release stored tension and emotion—without forcing a story.

What does a session look like?
We set an intention, then move through three phases: (1) an active breathing pattern, (2) guided visualization, and (3) a deep, restful state for integration. You’ll lie down (or recline) while I guide you—usually with music. We close with clear next steps. Group classes follow the same arc. If you have sensory sensitivities, tell me—music is optional and we can keep it quiet.

Will I cry or get emotional?
Maybe. Breathwork loosens what you’ve been holding. If tears come, they’re old emotions leaving the body.

What should I expect after breathwork?
You may have more clarity feel lighter, clearer —or a bit more emotional—for 24–48 hours as your nervous system integrates. Prioritize rest, hydration, and gentle food. Journal what surfaced, spend time in nature, and talk with a trusted friend or partner. Keep the next day soft if you can. If anything feels intense, ground: feet on the floor, a warm shower or salt bath, and slow nasal breathing.

How do I prepare?
Come with a light stomach, water, and a journal. Wear comfy layers; have a blanket/eye mask and a quiet, private space. If online, set up somewhere you can lie down comfortably and use headphones (required for virtual sessions) for sound quality and privacy.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?
If you’re pregnant, recently injured/surgical, or have significant cardiovascular, respiratory, or psychiatric conditions, choose gentle breath or consult your provider first. We can always modify.

ThetaHealing®

What is it, really?
A focused meditation technique to identify and shift limiting subconscious beliefs and patterns—quickly—while you stay awake, aware, and in choice.

Do I have to believe in a specific religion?
No. You can call it Source, God, Universe, Higher Self, or none of the above. We’ll use language that fits you.

What happens in a session?
We clarify your goal, muscle-test/assess beliefs, dig to root causes, then shift them with consent. You’ll leave with new, supportive beliefs.

Will I feel something?
Often—lightness, warmth, a clear “click.” Sometimes the change shows up as different choices the next day. Both count.

FootZoning™

What is FootZoning?
A structured foot-map technique that stimulates zones corresponding to body systems. FootZoning helps to restore energy flow, release blockages (both physically and energetically), and supports your body’s natural healing process.

Does it hurt?
Mostly relaxing. Tender spots can show where energy is stuck; we adjust pressure and pace.

What should I expect after?
Hydration, possible detox sensations (yawns, thirst, softer bowels), and a clearer sense of what your body wants next.

How do I prepare?
Clean feet, loose pants you can roll up, and water before/after.

Dream Interpretation

What do dreams actually do?
They speak in a private language—symbols, colors, numbers, and feeling tones—to deliver guidance about your health, gifts, relationships, and healing.

Why not just Google my dream?
Most “universal meanings” online are generic (and often wrong). Fun to browse, not great for precision. If you want the real message, work with someone who can read their language.

What’s the session format?
A focused 30 minutes on one recent dream. I review your write-up beforehand, then translate symbols, connect patterns to body systems and life themes, and give you 2–3 actionable steps.

Why a recent dream?
Dreams speak to what is present now. A six-month-old dream reflects a different moment; recent dreams deliver timely guidance.

What do you need from me beforehand?
Email a titled, detailed write-up of one recent dream (ideally within a week) 24 hours before we meet. Include sequence, dialogue, feelings, colors and numbers, key symbols, and everyone who appears (who they are, your relationship, how you feel about them, personality traits—good, bad, and messy), plus any current life context.

Why does a 30-minute session cost $125?
Because you’re not paying only for the clock—you’re paying for my pre-session analysis so our time is laser-focused. The fee includes this prep.

What if I don’t remember my dreams?
You do dream; recall is a trainable skill. Set the intention before bed, keep a notebook or voice memo by the bed, stay still on waking to catch fragments, then write them down immediately.

Logistics

Where do sessions happen?
Online (Zoom). Select in-person options are available in SLC as shown in the scheduler.

Do you record sessions?
By request and with consent. If recorded, you’ll receive a link; please download within 7 days.

How do I book and pay?
Use the Book a Session button. You’ll receive confirmation, prep instructions, and a secure payment link at checkout.

Do you offer packages?
Yes—periodically. Check the booking page for current options.
